Indoor lap pool? Check. Yoga studio? Check. Outdoor Livingroom? Check. The fitness center, concierge and rooftop package has become the norm that today’s apartment prospect has come to expect. With the delivery of Park Chelsea at The Collective, the amenities arms race just met its first super power. Coming out of the ground in three phases in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood of DC, The Collective promises to take luxury apartment living to a new level.
“Developing three buildings in a city block gave us a unique opportunity to provide an elevated experience for the renters of DC. Regardless of which of The Collective’s three buildings you choose, as a renter, you will have access to the amenities in all three buildings,” PJ DeAntona, General Manager of the Collective explained.
“Deciding to go this route meant that we could expand our amenity offerings because we didn’t have to duplicate the same package at each building.” DeAntona explains. “So while each building has a fitness center, at Park Chelsea you have an indoor swimming pool, at Agora you will have a virtual golf simulator and at the Garrett you have a full indoor basketball court and outdoor tennis court.”
The Collective is situated one block from the Navy Yard Metro and only 5 blocks from Capitol South Metro allowing easy access to Blue, Orange, Silver, and Green lines.
Interested in getting in on the ground floor? Preleasing for Park Chelsea has begun with the first move-ins scheduled for April 15th.
