Potomac Yard is a flourishing, pedestrian-friendly community—located near Old Town Alexandria—that offers a mix of distinctive home styles and extensive retail and commercial amenities. In October, the neighborhood was honored with two Great American Living Awards. Developer Pulte Homes won both Best Architecture and Best Interior Merchandising for an Attached Home for its popular Executive Townhome model.
The Executive Townhome model boasts ten-foot ceilings, a rooftop terrace and adjoining bonus room for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining, a top-of-the line gourmet kitchen and a great room with a brick accent wall, among many other luxurious amenities. Though these features are generally included in every Executive Townhome, no single Potomac Yard home is exactly the same, so that every homebuyer has the opportunity to move into a home that matches their needs and wants.
The Executive Townhome series ranges from 2,300 to 3,900 square feet, and is priced from the low $800’s to $1.1 million. Move-in dates are available through next summer, and prospective buyers looking for immediate move-in homes should click here while homes last.
Potomac Yard’s Executive Townhome model is open daily for viewing from 11:00am to 6:00pm. Pulte Homes will open a second Executive Townhome model in early 2014.
In addition to the Executive Townhome, Potomac Yard offers two-level Townhome Condominiums and three- and four-level Estate Townhomes. The three bedroom, 2.5-bath condos have open layouts, range in size from 1,569 to 2,557 square feet, and are priced from the low $600’s. The Estate Townhomes feature private courtyards, expansive master suites with sitting rooms, and detached two-car garages with guest suites above (perfect for a studio or out-of-town guests). They range in size from approximately 3,300 to 4,200 square feet and are priced from the upper $900’s to $1.2 million.
All Potomac Yard homes are ENERGY STAR rated and share a few uniform details: Granite countertops, birch cabinetry and vanities, and either brick or HardiPlank® siding exteriors.
