For this edition of Above Asking, UrbanTurf takes a look back at two listings, one in Michigan Park and one in Lincoln Park, that each sold for above asking — and it may come as a surprise which listing commanded the higher premium.

The house has traditional bones with subtle updates throughout, anchored by the original hardwood stair, wood-framed windows and doorways and exposed brick accent walls on the main level.
