Logan 13
UrbanTurf recently got its hands on the latest images for the 67-unit condo project currently being built on the site of a Logan Circle car wash.
Logan 13 will be located on the site formerly occupied by Mr. Wash, Jerry Chan’s Carry-Out and a garage at 1309-1313 13th St. NW (map). Developed by the Holladay Corporation, the project was designed by Eric Colbert and will deliver in the fall of 2016.

The development will consist of studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. There will be five inclusionary zoning units, as well as 27 parking spaces and 26 bicycle spots. Prices will start in the $300,000s for studios, while two-bedrooms will start in the $500,000s, according to marketing and sales firm McWilliams|Ballard.
