While The Wharf will be a Southwest Waterfront hot spot for Washingtonians, 525 Water will deliver a lush, waterside condominium community to the area, including 108 modern condominiums, that perfectly combines the tranquility of green spaces and connectivity to The Waterfront. Sales at 525 Water have begun and expected delivery is this summer.
525 Water (map) is tucked between The Wharf development and Waterfront Park, a planned 3.5 acre park adjacent to the Potomac River. 525 Water will have an interior courtyard, maximizing natural light throughout the building, as well as a residents’ lounge that looks out onto the courtyard, and a lobby with a staffed front desk and coffee bar.
Floorplans at 525 Water vary between one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units. Select two-bedroom units feature dens while fourth floor units have second story pop-ups and private rooftop terraces. Many residences feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, and ground-floor units have outdoor space.
The new condos will feature clean lines with sleek Porcelanosa cabinetry, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances with gas cooking, and modern hardwood flooring. One bedrooms start in the $400s, two bedrooms in the $600s, and two-bedroom and den units start at $1 million.
