3619 Georgia Avenue NW
The Warrenton Group plans to build a six-story, 27-unit residential project at 3619 Georgia Avenue NW (map). The plans also call for approximately 2,900 square feet of retail space.
The address of the project is currently the site of a one-story commercial building. The Warrenton Group would demolish the current building to construct the new 27-unit development.
In documents submitted to the Board of Zoning Adjustment, the developer is asking for an exception to the parking requirement, which requires that the project have at least 14 parking spaces. The Warrenton Group notes that, given the lot size, dimensions and constraints of the site, parking spaces at the development are not feasible.
A date for the Warrenton Group to go before the Board of Zoning Adjustment has not been set yet.
