Winning Bids for the 30 Properties Auctioned by DC Gov

UrbanTurf was able to get its hands on the winning bids from DC’s big residential property auction last Friday, January 30th. See our previous coverage of the auction here and here.
A total of 29 properties were bid on at the auction, but we only have the winning bids for 28 because a tax issue came up after the auction on one of the properties. (The city is refunding the bidder’s registration fee because of the error.) According to Angelita Colón-Francia of the Department of Housing and Community Development, the potential revenue from the auction could be as much as $4.85 million, however there are conditions that have to be met before all sales are final. The city anticipates that closings will likely occur in early spring. The official list from the DC government is here, but to make it easier we’ve paired the bids with the photos below and ordered it from biggest to smallest bid:
