This apartment, which is just on the edge of Columbia Heights near Petworth, is one of the higher-end rentals you are likely to find in this section of DC. It boasts a totally renovated kitchen, high-end finishes, and a bright, open living room with a bay of windows stretching toward an almost 20-foot ceiling. The rental rate includes a private parking space and access to a shared roof deck.

A Four-Bedroom Victorian in Great Falls

This four-bedroom home is located near Great Falls’ village off Georgetown Pike. With a huge backyard and a good-sized interior, it is the rental this week most befitting a family. We like the big front porch and fenced-in front yard, and though the interior is not fully up-to-date, it looks cozy and comfortable.

A Two-Bedroom with a Sunroom in Burleith

This rowhouse north of Georgetown is set up with a main level that includes a living room, a dining area for six and a renovated kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which has a small sunroom attached for the person paying more in rent. The premium monthly rate is due to the good-sized patio behind the kitchen that leads up to the property’s parking pad.
