This week in What X Rents You, UrbanTurf looked in the $2,400 to $2,500 a month range and found a variety of choices for DC renters with this monthly budget.

Hill East Row House with a Cozy Patio
Our first option is a Hill East row house that is described as “sweet” in the headline and listing description. The two-bedroom home is relatively devoid of trimmings, moldings and extras, but the eat-in kitchen does look sweet and the back patio (pictured above) is inviting. The house, which is very close to Lincoln Park, is available to rent starting on August 1st.

- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 1,500

Two-Bedroom Near the Cleveland Park Metro
This two-bedroom is another low-frills option that could fit a couple of roommates. With 900 square feet, we’re guessing that at least one of the bedrooms is on the small side, and it looks like the galley kitchen is tight as well, but the living room is large and surrounded by windows. The location just around the corner from the Cleveland Park Metro and the main drag of shops is this apartment’s main selling point, and the unit, which comes with parking, is available starting in mid-July.

- Rent: $2,430 a month
- Bedrooms: Two
- Bathrooms: One
- Square Footage: 900

Located Near the Nightlife Epicenter
Our final option is located at the intersection of 18th, U Street and Florida Avenue. At 950 square feet, this one-bedroom has plenty of space and some cute features, like a fireplace, tiling in the bathroom, a new kitchen, built-in shelving and a balcony (though it overlooks what appears to be a parking lot facing Florida Avenue). The location at the convergence of the U Street Corridor, Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle probably means that this rental will be snatched up quickly.

- Rent: $2,400 a month
