The French-influenced listing built in 1996 has a number of standout features, including a fireplace commissioned from Alamo Stone in Texas, a pool and garden area, a backyard with playground equipment and a trampoline, and a lower level with a wet bar and space for a media room and fitness room.
Although the Oshies are selling this home, they didn't move too far. The Washington Business Journal recently reported that the couple purchased a new 9,890-square-foot home in the Langley Farms section of McLean in early March. The price for the home? Also $7.5 million.
