Unique Rooftop Terraces Hit Downtown Brambleton
Downtown Brambleton, the first ever urban-styled townhome community in Brambleton, Virginia will deliver in the coming months.
Designed and built by award-winning developer Knutson, this planned community features urban-styled townhomes giving homeowners a distinctive blend of convenience and luxury. Ideally located in the heart of Brambleton Town Center, these townhomes are just a short walk to local amenities such as Lost Rhino Retreat, Fox Cinemas, Onelife Fitness, Blue Ridge Grill and Harris Teeter. Residents will also enjoy easy access to scenic trails, community pools, a well-equipped recreation center and Legacy Park.
With three floorplans available -- the Astra, the Luna and the Sol -- Downtown Brambleton showcases the best of Knutson's craftmanship. The new homes feature spacious two-car garages and 2,800 to 4,000 square feet of open living space including ground floor suites and single family-sized owner's suites. The unique and ample outdoor space at Downtown Brambleton is unmatched in the area. All homes have a second floor rear terrace as well as an over-sized, front-facing rooftop terrace with pergolas.
Aptly nicknamed "Yards in the Sky," the rooftop terraces at Downtown Brambleton are so large that homeowners will be able to host dinner parties overlooking the bustling Brambleton Town Center. Each home also has a fourth-floor sun room and a sliding glass system that leads to the rooftop terrace with an outdoor fireplace and kitchen. Private elevators are available in the Luna and the Sol models.
Downtown Brambleton homes will deliver in the summer, with prices starting in the low $600s. The second phase of homes at Downtown Brambleton have just been released, and hard hat tours are now available.
