Two-Story Penthouse in Logan Circle

Featured last week in What $1.5 Million Buys You, this penthouse at 14th and P Street NW is located in the Cooper Lewis, a well-regarded building with only 18 units. In addition to a couple bedrooms and a loft space, the main draw of this property is the 1,100-square-foot rooftop terrace. Even with a price that exceeded $1,000 a square foot, the home found a buyer in just two days.

  • Address: 1413 P Street NW, #603 (map)
  • Price: $1,499,900
  • Bedrooms: Two
  • Bathrooms: Two
  • Year Built: 2006
  • HOA fees: $776/month

Three-Bedroom Condo On Capitol Hill

A couple weeks ago, we highlighted this relatively rare three-bedroom condo on Capitol Hill, which stood out in a sea of one-and two-bedroom units. Charming features, like a curved brick wall separating the dining room and living room, garnered a lot of interest. The unit went under contract in just over a week, and seemed to attract enough attention to create a bidding war: on the same day that the unit went under contract, the list price bumped up by $80,000, from $419,750 to 499,750.

  • Address: 410 11th Street NE, #7 (map)
  • Price: $499,750
  • Bedrooms: Three
  • Bathrooms: Two
  • Square Footage: 1,221
  • Days on Market: 8

Craftsman Convenient to the Park

UrbanTurf was able to get a sneak peek of this Mount Pleasant rowhouse last week a few hours before it hit the market. The stately listing is well maintained, with a few extra design elements, like skylights in the upper level, and a cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom and a tiered garden in the backyard. The three-bedroom found a buyer shortly before the open house was scheduled to begin.

  • Address: 1921 Kenyon Street NW (map)
  • Price: $799,555
  • Bedrooms: Three
  • Bathrooms: 2.5
  • Year Built: 1900
  • Days on Market: 2
