For this edition of Under Contract, UrbanTurf revisits three recently-featured listings that went under contract within one day, five days, and 13 days after hitting the market.

As one of the last five remaining one-bedroom rowhouses designed by architect Charles Gessford in Lincoln Park, it makes sense that this singular house would find a buyer after being on the market for just 24 hours. Post-and-lintels create open sightlines and built-ins beneath pass-throughs in the main living area, including an open floor-to-ceiling hutch that replaces a doorway at the dining room. Where the dining room has a pass-through window to the kitchen, a commercial hood floats above the Viking range, while on the opposite wall, glass shelves are fitted into the window above the sink. Beams float beneath the vaulted ceiling in the owner's bedroom upstairs, which also has access to a private balcony. The house also has a large rear deck and a spacious lawn.
