Two Over Twos and Multifamily: 78 Units Pitched For Arlington's Shirlington House

Dozens more residences are planned for large residential building in Arlington.
Snell Properties recently filed plans with Arlington County for a new residential building and a series of liner townhouses at its 436-unit Shirlington House development (map).

There are two components of the new residential -- a seven-story, 64-unit apartment building and 14 two-over-two townhouses that will line up along the border of the property. KGD Architecture designed the new buildings.
The conceptual site plan application will now go through Arlington's review process.
