This Week’s Find: Inside a Logan Circle Snow Globe

A sprawling 2000-square-foot condo at the epicenter of Logan Circle will hit the market next week and in addition to a bright single-floor layout, the unit has made interesting use of its storage space.
The three-bedroom corner unit sits in the Cooper Lewis Lofts at 1413 P Street NW (map). The residential project was constructed around a historic brick building, the shell of which is visible in some of the units. In #302, the master bathroom and the main wall showcase the old brick.

The main feature of the home is the glass-walled living space that the owners compared to sitting in a snow globe when the white stuff is coming down. The windows are double-paned and triple-insulated, though there are always plenty of things to see.
“The 24-hour CVS keeps things constantly entertaining,” listing agent Andrew Riguzzi said of the pharmacy across the street.

Having all 2,000 square feet on one level is fairly rare in DC, but this unit does a good job of separating the living and kitchen area from the sleeping quarters, with the foyer acting as the dividing line.
And down in the garage is a secret gem: the owners turning the storage unit into a pocket-sized boxing gym behind a metal door, with mats on the floor and walls, a speed bag and heavy bag, and a pull-up bar.
