The Return of Supply And Four Other Interesting Stats From The February Housing Market
The main story for the DC region's housing market in February was the supply of homes for sale, or lack thereof. But there were a few other metrics that stood out as well. Below, UrbanTurf plucked out some of the more telling statistics from the market last month.

- 5.5% -- How much the inventory of homes for sale rose in the DC region in February.
- -2.5% -- How much the inventory of detached homes fell in February.
- 10 -- The median number of days that homes are spending on the market, down from 20 days last year.
- $560,000 -- The median home price in the DC region in February, 5% higher than a year ago.
- -2% -- The drop in pending home sales compared to February 2023.
