Last week, we asked readers to guess the price of a a five-bedroom property not far from the slopes in Lake Tahoe. Here is a brief description of the property for those who missed the post:
“Located on two lots in Squaw Valley with amazing views of the valley itself, this home has an enormous great room, large kitchen and exercise room, as well as some great apres-ski amenities including a meditation room, a large boulder fireplace and an outdoor patio with a hot tub and fire pit.”
Take a look:
We recommended erring on the high side of whatever price range you had in mind, and most of you took that advice. The guesses ranged from a low of $4 million to a high of “maybe $25 million.” So how much would you have to plunk down for this property? The price: $4,495,000. Here is the property’s website.
Congratulations to our winner Timothy who was closest (without going over) with a guess of $4 million.
