The Price of a Caribbean Getaway Revealed
Two weeks ago, we asked readers to guess the price of a four-bedroom home in the middle of the Caribbean. Here is a brief description of the property for those who missed the post:
The four-bedroom home has an open living room, two separate offices, and a private guest apartment. The real asset of the property, though, is the massive outdoor porch. Aside from a pretty amazing view, the porch has an infinity pool that blends in with the ocean, a covered gazebo, an outdoor kitchen with a Jen Air grill and a separate charcoal grill, and a dining area in the surrounding garden.
Take a look:
The guesses ranged widely from a low of $799,000 to a high of $9.5 million. So how much would you have to plunk down for this property? The price: $1,995,000. Here is the property listing.
Congratulations to our winner Libs who was closest (without going over) with a guess of $1.9 million. Congratulations also goes to Janson who guessed the island where the home is located (Curacao). Both will receive an Urban Turf t-shirt for their good guesses.
