Unlike years past when we saw value increases almost exclusively in the NW quadrant of the city, the zip codes that have seen price increases so far this year are more spread out.
The 20009 zip code (Adams Morgan, Logan Circle) has seen prices rise the most this year thanks to an increase in prices for rowhomes, as well as larger condos selling this year compared to last. The zip code that is home to Congress Heights on the other side of the city saw values rise 19%, due to an increase in larger homes selling.
Rounding out the list are 20002 (Capitol Hill, H Street, Eckington), 20037 (West End, Downtown) and 20007 (Georgetown and Burleith).
