The DC Neighborhood Where There Are Almost No Homes on the Market
UrbanTurf continues its annual look at the neighborhood housing markets around the DC region as we head over to Crestwood.
Crestwood is a hidden neighborhood by DC standards, tucked away north of Mount Pleasant between Rock Creek Park and 16th Street. The hidden nature of Crestwood, along with the fact that homes don't come on the market very often, combines for a situation where there are no homes on the market currently. Another reason for the lack of homes for sale could be that properties that sold in the neighborhood this year were snapped up fairly quickly.
