The DC Area's $50 Million, Yet-To-Be Built Home Re-enters The Market
The DC area's priciest unbuilt home is back on the market.
A listing for a 30,000 square-foot home in McLean that has yet to be built re-entered the market with a $50 million price tag on Friday. The property, listed with Fouad Talout and Jack Spahr of Long and Foster, originally hit the market about a year ago.

The plans for the sprawling residence at 7020 Green Oak Drive call for a number of features and amenities aimed at justifying the lofty price tag. There is the rooftop putting green, the bowling alley and the plans for high-end sauna and spa. But the list really gets going with a private disco with a cigar room, a beauty salon, and a temperature-controlled 3000 bottle wine cellar.
The six-bedroom home will also sit on five acres with 425 feet of Potomac River access.
