1055 High
1055 High is the seven-unit luxury project in Georgetown that sold out last year in a matter of weeks. Now, just over a month after the units settled, one of the three-bedrooms at 1055 Wisconsin Avenue NW (map) is back on the market at a notably higher price point.
Unit 4-W closed in early December for $4.65 million. The 3,300 square-foot condo was listed Tuesday for $5.3 million.

While the price jump is significant, it is important to remember the demand associated with these residences. Priced between $3.6 and $5.5 million, all the condos went under contract within three weeks of hitting the market, and each sold to an all-cash buyer paying substantially over list price.
All of the units at 1055 High have expansive private terraces, large kitchens with Thermador and Miele appliances, and bathrooms with heated marble floors and towel racks. The building has a landscaped roof with a heated pool and fitness center, two parking spaces for each residence and a 24-hour concierge. 1055 High was developed by Eastbanc and designed by the architecture firm Beyer Blinder Belle.
Unit 4-W is listed by Mark McFadden of Washington Fine Properties. Full details here.
