Thanksgiving Eye Candy: Barry Dixon Designed on the Hill
For your pre-holiday viewing pleasure, we wanted to give you a look at a privately-listed five-bedroom on the Hill that comes with a one-bedroom carriage house.
Built in 1885 by architect Leon E. Dessez, who designed the Vice President’s mansion at the Naval Observatory, both the main house and carriage house at 628 East Capitol Street (map) underwent an extensive renovation in 2009 under the supervision of renowned interior designer and author Barry Dixon.
This is an exclusive listing from TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, so you won’t find it in the multiple listing service. Enjoy.
Listed for $3.3 million by Claudia Donovan and Richard Seaton of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.
