Suburbanites Want City Services

It looks like cities still have more to offer than suburbs.
A survey from the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority shows that suburban residents miss the amenities and services that cities offer, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Of the 32 percent of survey respondents who live in the suburbs, just over half wished that they had the selection of services that city dwellers have access to.
From the WBJ:
The top three amenities desired include access to convenient public transportation (23 percent), a broad array of housing options (22 percent) and a more walkable environment (22 percent). More than half (52 percent) of suburban residents say they would move to a community that offered more of those characteristics.
Home builders out there might want to keep this in mind when planning their next project.
