Sponsored: Exclusive Offer for Select Townhomes at Palisades' New Foxhall Ridge
With limited opportunities remaining to secure one of Foxhall Ridge’s Enclave townhomes—and even fewer opportunities to secure an end unit—the luxury development is now offering a complimentary upgrade: The Haute Cuisine Package. Ending on May 30th, the offer includes an ultra-high-end Viking kitchen appliance upgrade for those Enclave home sites facing tree-lined MacArthur Boulevard. The package is just one of many upcoming offers and exclusive property events to which email subscribers of the Foxhall Ridge website are privy (subscribe here).
Foxhall Ridge consists of two distinct townhouse styles and reflects architecture that is unique to the surrounding neighborhood, the Palisades. The Palisades is a scenic, historic DC neighborhood with a distinctive small-town charm and few new builds. The Enclave townhouses at Foxhall Ridge were designed in the Federal style of the late 1700s and measure at just shy of 2,100 square feet, while The Terraces townhouses were designed in the brownstone tradition and range from 3,000 to 4,300 square feet.
Each home at Foxhall Ridge has oak hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cabinetry from Cardell. Many of the townhomes have features that city dwellers count as luxuries: large rooms, terraces with double-sided fireplaces, two-car garages and rooftop decks with sweeping views of DC’s skyline. And with The Terraces, homeowners even have the option of adding an elevator.
Energy conservation and green space were central when the architects were designing Foxhall Ridge. Though the townhomes are large and spacious, all exterior walls have foam insulation that eliminates drafts and reduces energy consumption, keeping the homes warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Trees line the streets of the community, and there are several private gardens and a central courtyard.
Foxhall Ridge is located less than a mile from Georgetown’s high-end boutiques and restaurants, and the C&O Canal, a picturesque walkway ideal for walking and biking. In the opposite direction, MacArthur Boulevard has a quaint commercial area with a number of highly-praised restaurants, including Black Salt and Makoto.
Terraces townhouses -- three of which are currently available for Spring 2012 move-in -- range in price from $1,579,850 to $1,675,910. Enclave townhouses range in price from $944,990 to $1,062,490. All townhomes are available for sale pre-build out.
For a closer look at a Foxhall Ridge townhome interior, interested buyers now have the opportunity to tour the first fully furnished ultra-chic Augusta model, at The Terraces.
