Shaw’s new 71-unit condominium 10Eleven has had a busy March. The property, which is on schedule to deliver in July, is now 50 percent sold out. Both one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 520 to 1,500 square feet remain, with the least expensive remaining units priced from $424,900.

Hardhat tours that showcase 10Eleven’s fantastic views and high-end construction are currently available by appointment.
