Sales to Begin at Brightwood Condo Project in Mid-June
Model unit at 21 Kennedy
In two weeks, the first five units at 21 Kennedy, a 22-unit condo development at 21 Kennedy Street NW (map) will go on sale, UrbanTurf has learned.
The Brightwood project is located about a half-mile south of the Fort Totten Metro station. The one and two-bedroom units that will hit the market around June 18th have been completely renovated, and range in size from 525 to 730 square feet. The real draw, however, will likely be the price points: the one-bedrooms start at around $100,000 and the two-bedrooms start in the mid-$100,000s.
