Peninsula 88 features a one-of-a-kind location steps from the river's edge and Buzzard Point's many planned shops and cafes—including a farm-to-table restaurant, a plant-based food hall by James Beard award winner Spike Gjerde and a fish-themed bistro from the owners of Tony and Joe's.
The community is bounded by Buzzard Point Park, a designated national park, offering unobstructed views of the Anacostia River and the Capitol building.
