Renderings Revealed For 80-Unit Project Along the H Street Corridor

An 80-unit residential development is moving forward along the H Street Corridor, and new renderings provide a good sense of what the development will look like.

The proposed project, designed by Akseizer Design Group, would be a five-story, 80-unit residential building that will incorporate the existing building façades along H Street into the design. The primary residential entrance will be located at the center of the building along H Street NE, and the cellar floor will house a gym and clubroom/amenity.
The project will go before DC's Board of Zoning Adjustment on Wednesday.
