An Arlington office building looks to be in the early stages of redevelopment.
The Meridian Group is looking to do a Special General Land Use Plan Study (GLUP) for the property at 2500 Wilson Boulevard (map). The GLUP designation for this property is currently Low Office-Apartment-Hotel, which was approved in 1984.

"To achieve a mixed-use development that is consistent with both existing planning documents and the prominent location of the Property within the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, the Applicant proposes that the GLUP designation of the property be changed to "High-Office-Apartment-Hotel."
The GLUP would need to be approved by Arlington County and The Meridian Group has not outlined any potential redevelopment plans for the site.
