Prices Are Dropping at The Erie
Housing Complex is reporting that a number of the units at The Erie in Adams Morgan have dropped their prices noticeably after sitting on the market since October.
Here are two listings where the price has dropped significantly:
“#C3: Two bedrooms; Two and a half bathrooms; 1,605 square feet
Original listing price: $1,018,658 (October 2008) Current price: $895,000
#C4:One bedroom; One bathroom;724 square feet
Original listing price: $554,911 (October 2008) Current price: $499,999”
The eight-unit condo development was built in 2008 by DB Lee Development, and it sits just off 18th Street at 2351 Champlain Street NW. UrbanTurf has toured a number of the units, including the penthouse which features a hot tub, wet bar, half-bath, outdoor shower and a rooftop patio.
