Renovated Columbia Heights One-Bedroom For Under $270K $260K

We wrote in late January that this renovated one-bedroom unit could be a good option for a buyer that wants to be in Columbia Heights and can afford about $1,500 a month in payments (mortgage and condo fees). With a recent $14,000 price reduction, the monthly payments have now dropped for the unit’s eventual buyer, although the building is also now FHA-approved and those payments were based on a 20 percent down payment. In addition to having a fairly new kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer, the living space in the condo has room for a small dining table and the bedroom is not super compact like a lot of one-bedrooms in this area.

Logan Circle Row House With Cool Rooms and Amenities

The price on this three-bedroom Q Street row house recently dropped by about $65,000 not long after it was originally listed. What originally caught our eye for this listing was the kitchen surrounded in a wall of glass, a large master bedroom with a fireplace and outdoor space of both a fenced-in patio and a large roof deck. For those buyers with rental income on the mind, there is an unfinished lower level that has the potential to be turned into an in-law suite.
