The property at 1808 New Hampshire Avenue NW (map) is massive, and as one might expect from an old bed and breakfast, there are plenty of luxurious trimmings, like ten intricately carved fireplaces, inlaid wood floors, a swimming pool, and a number of private terraces. The house was originally built in 1883 for architect Walter Paris as his personal residence.
The property will hit the market on Friday.
