Washington, DC’s NoMa neighborhood is on the verge of becoming one of the city’s hottest commercial centers. Located within blocks of all the new development is NoMa’s only new, high-rise luxury condominium, The Lexicon.
The Lexicon offers homes with floor plans ranging from one bedrooms to two-bedroom plus dens, with prices starting in the low $400s.
Residents of The Lexicon are within blocks of the brand new Trader Joe’s, The Eleanor (a bowling lounge and music venue) and, soon, NoMa’s largest green space, Tanner Park. Within walking distance will also be Eckington Yards’ much anticipated “woonerf”—a European-style pedestrian-friendly street lined with restaurants and businesses, including a Union Kitchen commissary, grocery store and food kiosk. And residents will be within blocks of the Union Market redevelopment that is currently adding a host of new restaurants, bars and shops to the already popular destination.
The condominiums at The Lexicon feature high-end finishes, including hardwood floors in all living areas and kitchens with floating islands, gas cooking, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The two bedroom floorplans also feature four-fixture bathrooms with a shower and a separate whirlpool soaking tub, while one bedroom floorplans feature showers with soaking tubs.
Nearly all Lexicon homes include outdoor space, balconies or terraces—with those on the upper floors boasting sweeping views from the Washington Monument to the National Cathedral. Homes range in size from 650 to over 1,350 square feet and feature both coat closets and spacious walk-in bedroom closets.
The Lexicon represents a return to full-service luxury condominium living. Amenities are in abundance and include a full-time on-site manager, a concierge, a fully-equipped business center, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a two-level cascading pool and a club room. Three levels of underground garage parking ensure that all residents will have the opportunity to purchase parking spaces. Individual storage spaces are also available for purchase. Complimentary bike storage is also available.
Homes at The Lexicon are expected to delivers beginning later this year and new owners still have the exclusive opportunity to hand select finishes and upgrades for their new homes. While model homes will open in November, interested buyers can now visit the property’s sales gallery seven days a week. Scheduling a hardhat tour is also available.
