Sushi lovers in DC are in need of another option, and it looks like it will be getting a very fancy one.

The Washington Business Journal’s Rebecca Cooper reports that sushi mecca Nobu will be coming to an 11,600 square foot space at 2501 Penn, a luxury condo building in the West End that was converted from offices in 2008. The restaurant is expected to open in about a year.

From the Washington Business Journal:

The D.C. restaurant in West End will include two private patios overlooking Rock Creek Park, a sushi bar, a cocktail bar, a main dining room and two private dining rooms all on one level.

Nobu’s most famous dish is a black cod with miso that runs about $35.
