The first floor and basement for the development will house a “public hall or restaurant” according to the documents. The nine residential units will all be one-bedrooms, ranging in size from 400 to 980 square feet. PGN Architects is the project architect.
The developer is looking for variances related to lot occupancy, off-street parking and parking space size.
With this new project, there are now almost 1,500 new residential units on the boards for the H Street Corridor.
