NBA Player Kentavious Caldwell-Pope To List Potomac Home For $5.9 Million

Add another NBA star to the list of athletes putting their homes on the market in the DC area.
Former Washington Wizard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will list his 13,400 square-foot Potomac, Md. home for sale later this week for just under $6 million, UrbanTurf has learned. The home, listed with Wendy Banner of Long & Foster, will hit the market just a few weeks after his former teammate Bradley Beal's Bethesda home came up for sale.

The spacious six-bedroom home has many of the trappings of a listing carrying a price tag this high, including a catering kitchen, 24-foot ceilings in the foyer, a game room and ventilated card room, as well as a spacious owner's suite with two walk-in closets. The backyard features a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, and of course, a sports court.
Caldwell-Pope was traded to the Wizards in 2021 as part of a package for Russell Westbrook, and bought the Potomac home shortly after arriving in DC. Less than a year later, he was traded to the Denver Nuggets.
