Montgomery County home prices rose to a new high in April, according to data compiled from Bright MLS by UrbanTurf. The median home price in the county hit $670,000 for the first time, eclipsing the previous record of $650,000 set last spring.
The new price represents a 55% increase compared to 10 years ago, when the median price came in just around $430,000. Montgomery County is not alone in seeing prices reach new heights this spring: the region saw prices hit a new high in April.
