2328 Champlain Street NW, #401
For your Friday afternoon viewing pleasure, we give you one last look at one of our favorite lofts in the city — a 3,200 square-foot space on Champlain Street that found a buyer a few weeks ago.
The three-bedroom unit comes with a little something extra for the new owner: 1,900 additional square feet of outdoor space, spread out over two terraces and a large private roof deck. It was listed for $1.995 million by Washington Fine Properties, but no word yet on the final price.
