In our weekly departure from DC-related real estate fare, we bring back the popular price-guessing game for homes in other metropolitan areas. In this installment, we head up I-95 to Philadelphia, where we ask you to give us the price of a four-bedroom modern home designed by one of the 20th century’s most well respected architects.
The home was the architect’s main residence and this is the first time that it has ever been on the market. It was designed so that the owners could move quickly through indoor and outdoor living spaces, and walls of windows were installed throughout the property so that the residents always had views of the extensive gardens. While the home is certainly high-end, it does not carry quite as hefty a price tag as similar homes in New York or DC.
Post your price guesses in the comments section below. The person who also guesses the architect will win a free UrbanTurf t-shirt!
