Fox News Bret Baier Lists Foxhall Home For $31.9 Million
Just a few weeks after a $14 million home along Foxhall Road found a buyer, a home nearby listed for more than twice that price has hit the market.
Fox News anchor Bret Baier has listed his home at 2400 Foxhall Road NW for $31.9 million. If the home, listed with Daniel Heider of TTR Sotheby's International Realty, fetches that price, it would set a record as the priciest home ever sold in the city.

Between the land and construction, Baier and his wife spent about $30 million building the home, according to The Wall Street Journal, but only lived in it for a year, as the family is relocating to Palm Beach, Florida.
The 16,250 square-foot listing, built by Banks Development, features a putting green, a game room with a golf simulator, a bar, and an indoor sports court as some of its more striking amenities.
If the home sells for close to its asking price, it would dethrone the Bowie-Sevier house in Georgetown, which sold for $24 million in 2007, as the most expensive home sold in the city.
