Home valuation website eppraisal.com has re-launched, and in a surprising addition, now includes valuations from competitors Zillow and Cyberhomes. With so many websites out there to help you, it is hard to know which one is the most reliable. We took a home on the market in Cleveland Park and saw how the valuations measured up across the various sites. As you can see, they vary considerably.
- eppraisal.com: $1.045 million
- Zillow: $912,500
- Cyberhomes: $818,037
