Deal of the Week: The Lowest Priced Four-Bedroom in Chevy Chase

In mid-April, we featured a three-bedroom home in Chevy Chase DC that we deemed would move fast given its layout and price in a neighborhood where homes this size usually hover just below the seven-figure price range. And it did move quickly, going under contract for well above $700,000 in just about a week. Now, a neighboring four-bedroom has hit the market for the same price and we imagine that it will move just as quickly.
The home has all the features that a family looking to buy would appreciate: formal living and dining areas, as well as a lower level family room, a rear deck off the living room, a large fenced-in yard and a one-car garage. Like the home featured in April, it is likely discounted because it sits not far from the busy intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Nebraska Avenue NW, and it is a semi-detached townhouse in a land full of single-family homes, so it doesn’t have quite the space offered by other properties in the neighborhood.
Still, for those moving to the area for the schools, it is about as good a bargain as you can get for the size. More details and photos below.
