For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find a two-bedroom co-op in the Lanier Heights neighborhood that makes us wish we were in the market for a new home. At 1,300 square feet, the price per square foot ($392) comes in about $50 less than the neighborhood average putting it solidly in deal territory. In addition to having large, open rooms, the building where the unit is located has an interesting cinematic history: The Stafford was in a scene in the Will Smith political thriller Enemy of the State.
