Deal of the Week: Location and Sun in Columbia Heights

For this installment of Deal of the Week we head back to Columbia Heights, specifically the intersection of 14th Street and Columbia Road where we find a two-bedroom corner unit for under $400,000. While the location was certainly a factor in our choice this week (around the corner from the Metro and all the stores and restaurants of Columbia Heights), we liked this unit because of the open living and kitchen area that is virtually surrounded by windows. A number of Columbia Heights units that we have featured are fairly dark, so this is a nice change of pace. The condo also has a small balcony, an in-unit washer/dryer and hardwood floors throughout.
