There are two three-bedroom houses on the market right now in Mount Pleasant, and while this installment of Deal of the Week is priced $20,000 higher than the other option, it has a number of features that make it bargain-worthy.

The three-bedroom, 3.5-bath row house tucked away on Klingle Road has outdoor space (front terrace and rear deck), parking (driveway for at least two cars), and room to get away (finished lower level and a walk-up attic). The listing also has a large living room with columns, built-ins and glass doors, a family room with French doors and a large master suite and sun room on the second floor.

At 2,002 square feet, the Klingle Road home comes in at $349 a square foot, which is quite good for a neighborhood that has quietly become a destination for young-family homeowners. For comparison purposes, a slightly smaller, but very similar, four-bedroom home on nearby Rosemont Avenue, listed for $749,000, is under contract at a substantially higher price after receiving seven offers. We imagine this home will garner as much attention.
