This week’s Deal of the Week is a two-bedroom duplex in Logan Circle that is priced quite competitively to similarly-sized units in the neighborhood. The competitive pricing is largely due to the fact the living area is on the terrace level, but unlike many ground level units in DC, this condo gets a good deal of natural light on the ground level and the bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. The living area is fairly large and has a working fireplace, there is an adjacent dining area and the level has access to a private patio. On the upper level is a spacious master bedroom (the second is smaller). Despite the holiday weekend, the open house had 15 groups come by on Sunday. More details and photos below.
