Deal of the Week: Columbia Heights Price Per Square Foot Special -- The Sequel
2717 13th Street NW
For last week’s Deal of the Week, we featured a home that we pegged as a good price per square foot in Columbia Heights. This week we were lured back to the neighborhood for yet another condo that comes in at about $300 per square foot.
The 1,950 square-foot unit on 13th Street is split up into a two-bedroom, one-bath upper level, and a one-bedroom, one-bath lower level. The lower level does not currently have a Certificate of Occupancy, however it should meet all of the requirements (ceiling height, two separate entrances) to qualify for being rented. In the rear of the unit is a slate patio and deck, and the condo fee for the whole shebang is fairly low at $250 a month. More details and photos below. For the full listing, click here.
