DC's Most Prolific Luxury Home Owner Finds Buyer For $16.5 Million Embassy Row Mansion
DC is closing out the year with a big residential sale.
UrbanTurf has learned that the nine-bedroom mansion at 2221 30th Street NW (map) has found a buyer at a list price of $16.5 million. The 15,000 square-foot home listed with Chuck Holzwarth of Washington Fine Properties went under contract with contingencies earlier this week.

The home, which was custom built in 2008 and has a number of large scale rooms for entertaining, is owned by philanthropist Adrienne Arsht who is no stranger to high-priced homes in the District. Arsht purchased the first home of Chevy Chase for $10 million in 2020, and sold a waterfront estate in Miami for over $100 million in 2022.
