This weekend’s best open houses include a low priced two-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights with amazing views, a four-bedroom Tudor in Mount Pleasant with great bedrooms and an 1,800 square-foot boutique two-bedroom condo in Capitol Hill.

Low-Priced Two-Bedroom Condo in Columbia Heights with Amazing Views

Originally listed a year ago for $410,000, it is hard to believe that a unit this nice is back on the market at a lower price. A few weeks ago, we featured a four-bedroom home in Mount Pleasant that we subsequently heard received six offers, so perhaps the owners of this Mount Pleasant property will be as lucky.
